They Treat you with love and care and sympathy for your departed loved one

It's a wonderful place for your love one to rest peacefully.

My mom died in 2000 and I bought a plot for my grandmother the same time. My grandmother died in 2012 and was to be buried on top of my mom. However, at the time of my mom's death I was very young and never planned a funeral. King memorial never informed me that I needed to get a double marker so, my grandmother has no marker. She needs to be honored and remembered too. But, King memorial said I had to put out yet another $3000+ for a new headstone for my mom and grandmother. As if loosing both of them wasn't enough. I hold them completely responsible for my grandmother NOT HAVING A HEADSTONE. Now her vase was ran over and bent up and just left sitting on top of her headstone. I'm beyond angry and my daughter is crying. King memorial needs to do better. These are not memories that honors my loved ones. NOT HAPPY!

They called back a few minutes later and told me that they found Mom's plot right next to her husband's plot. We had buried him in 2012. I was delighted until I asked the cost of the vault and burial. The cost was $2440 even though we owned a plot. I was aghast, appalled, and disgusted! I voiced my displeasure and disbelief immediately. I suggested that they review the price and contact me again. A manager called back and told me the price was the price. I asked him to buy the grave back and he said, "we don't buy plots we sell them." His arrogance and lack of customer service was only surpassed by an owner Mr. Eric March.

The March's of March Funeral Homes also own King Memorial Park. Our insurance rep. from NY Life sits on their board and contacted Eric March in an attempt to help. March's condescending attitude, lack of customer service and exorbitant pricing insure that we will never use March or bury anyone at King again. He had the audacity to suggest that I did not know burial pricing. I own plots in several cemeteries (unfortunately). We were able to bury Mom at another cemetery for $2200. We paid cash for all the services. We still own the useless grave. I suggest that you avoid a similar experience and stay clear of King Memorial Park.

My parents and relatives, whom I Love greatly....are hear at this cemetery, who went on to be with the Lord Jesus....

My mother, Carrie F. passed away on 3/20/16. We called King Memorial because we believed she owned a plot there, where we have buried 4 other members of our family. At first they could not identify a purchased plot. They informed that a new plot including vault and burial would cost $2495. I told them I would consider.
