I'd like to call places like this the heart of Baltimore but maybe it's more appropriate to call this one the feet of Baltimore. Feet enclosed in multi color leather shoes.
The service is great and they even provide a refrigerator to store your beer! That said, it could use some TLC. I was not impressed by the camera pointed straight at the toilet in the women's bathroom...
