I love this place. This is one of the most peaceful and most respectful places i have been. This is a place to come if you want to respect our past and the present freedom. This place represents what we call America. The National Park Service does a great job taking care and maintaining the park. it has paths that go all around and through it and the path borders the Chesapeake Bay at which you can view the Francis Scott Key Bridge, whom comes to mind every time i think of Fort McHenry as a Baltimore native. This is a great place to bring your children to show them what we as Americans fought for over 200 years ago.

Great. Been coming here since I was a kid. The newer visitor center is incredible, especially with the video and the ending with the curtains drawing back to reveal the fort and flag. Amazing place of history and very kid friendly and so close to the rest of Baltimore's attractions.

A true national treasure. The fort does an excellent job of not only keeping up with the history of the battle and of FS Key, but also some hot-button issues today regarding the anthem and the flag. Understanding the history of the anthem and of the flag should be a major stop in any educational trip and or family outing.

This was an enjoyable experience. Children under 16 yrs are free to enter. Otherwise it's 10 dollars to enter. Had a great volunteer providing us the tour and explaining the history. Easy to tour and roam around.

I gave taken out'of-town visitors to Fort McHenry twice. It is great way to provide visitors with a uniquely Baltimore experience. The display at the Visitors Center is good, but the fort itself is the main attraction. It's more than just the inspiration for the national anthem.
