Beautiful produce at super prices. The seafood, meat/deli counter and bakery can't be beat. Wonderful service with friendly staff.
The customer service is top- notch... I was exhausted, tired and at the end of my day but I needed juices, fruits and meats and even thought I was there during the "night shift" crew they treated me as if the owner was watching them from the rafters and helped me in every way from the stockers to the cashiers. This is an "Old Time", decent group of folks who innately know what REAL service means and they actually cared about my needs. I asked if they had Italian meat balls at the deli, they didn't, but they said they would make sure that they did in the future. Time will tell, but at 1:00am for a worker to have that much concern about my needs as they did, really touched and made me feel like my personal needs were important. Priceless customer service and the management are total idiots if they don't value that kind of employee... I can go to Giant and and not make the trip you know, but Geresbeck's is worth the trip for me because of the people .... Time will tell if I was getting stroked or if it was sincere or not. Our $$$ spends anywhere........
So, I am heading off to see if they got what I wanted several days ago in addition to their great meats for a massive Sunday burger cookout for winter freezing. My gut tells me they care about customers and their needs and that they will do whatever they need to do to accommodate their customers and that to me is so far beyond any candy cutter food store they are worth the tiny bit extra.... What's important you? If service and availability is your thing like it is mine, these folks have it is pades AND WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE "GOOD SEAFOOD STUFF" THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE to get it, Fresh, clean and wholesome!. The workers are the backbone of this company and they truly care about quality because it reflects directly on them! Geresbeck's and all it's great people who make it happen are like family to me and my family/ I hope other's value that as much as we do.... KUTGW!
Meats are Legendary and artisan cut. Bakery products are always fresh and great customer service

Extremely disappointed went there yesterday flys all over the fresh baked goods when I asked if they had want other ones and that they shouldnt sell those with dead flus and living flys all over everything they just explained there was nothing they can do and that they were everywhere in the store. Smh
Unique almost boutique level grocery. 24 hour deli counter is a great feature with in house bakery. Generally a great spot.
