This is the Torrid that I most often shop. Today was not a good day for this location. I was not greeted at all while in the store. I stood right next to an associate at the jean wall while I searched for at least one pair of jeans in my size and was never asked if I needed help or a simple hello. I waited in the back for a dressing room. No associate so I had to help myself to an open room. Upon exiting. I went to look for shoes. Still no hello or help. I get in line because I need help and that seemed the only way to get it. One cashier is doing a transaction and telling the customer about a bad automotive experience she had an proceeded to use all the expletives she accused someone else of saying to her. The other who was also behind the counter finally finished up. I asked about some boots. She never came from around counter. I had to point and explain and gesture so she would know which shoes. Then I was told they were "online exclusives" and that what I see is what they have. I asked what sizes they were and I was told that she didn't know and was sent to look into it myself. I was ready to by a new dress from the fall collection and the boots to match. I left with nothing and do not plan to return.
Always great, they treat customers wit a smile much respect, nd they make ur shopping experience a fun one, u can ask for advice, they always asking do u need help but gives u enough time to stroll around the store, i love this location, hope they stay forever,
