this company is over the top with quality, 110 percent satisfied with everything. my new roof makes my house look awesome and the new bay window even better, never found one single nail and had nothing to clean up behind either of the installers, would highly recommend, never had to pay a dime until I was completely satisfied, and I'm not easy to please. thanks again pinnacle, my home is now complete, hope this helps anyone considering this company, I was not paid to write this nor do I work for this company, I'm glad there are still a few good people out there to do quality work, already recommended to my neighbors
Update 11/15 /17- I was able to speak to yet another person But this time the gentlemen actually gave me their personal number and he is working on my issue personally - which of course the original maker of my window is no longer in business so he is working on a replacement. I have higher hopes now that something will get done. I will update again once I have more info.
We are extremely happy with the installation of our roof from Pinnical energy. We met with multiple companies to get estimates and talk about options. Pinnical energy was the most responsive and professional in getting back to us during our fact-finding phase. Highly recommend them for your new roof.
Just had new windows and siding installed and they finished in a week. There was a couple minor issues which they addressed within 3 day's. Great customer service from management and the installers. We are a extremely satisfied customer thanks for our beutiful home!!
Don't expect them to come and fix the issue as soon as possible. You will need to make multiple and follow up calls yourself. Fast work but the quality of work...well you can try them and be the judge. I am still waiting for somebody to come back and have my roof issue fixed.
Horrible customer service! They are great till they get your money and after that unless you want to buy anything you are not their concern! My window has a broken seal and there is mold growing between the panes and no one will return my call to have this fixed! I have called and left multiple messages but yet no return call!
