I do not recommend using this company. I hired them to do some minor patch work on two properties, and they significantly over charged me for the work that they did. I learned this after the fact when consulting other roofers. In addition, they did not call ahead to schedule when the work was going to be performed. On both occasions, they showed up by complete surprise. In one case, they scared the hell out of one of my female roommates because four rough looking men were on the property and working on the roof without notice from the company.
Very unprofessional. I had them come out to give me an estimate. The guys were dressed in everyday clothing and smoking. The only way I knew it was them was the fact they brought a ladder to get on the porch. When I finally got an estimate it turns out they didn't even listen to what I said. I politely asked the receptionist if I could send over additional information to add this to the estimate. I spent a good half hour compiling photos and information on what we were interested and emailed it over only to be told they were not interested and to consider them in the future... Really? I politely asked for an explanation in which I was ignored. Unprofessional and unethical... It's a wonder they are still around. Judging by my limited experience with them, its in our best interest they will not get the job.
Bad experience over 4 years of relationship. Had to just give up on them and hire someone else.
No customer service whatsoever. After explaining to the receptionist what needs to be done, she doesn't explain that to the roofer. Instead of contacting the homeowner to find out what needs to be done, the roofer goes up to the roof and has no clue what he is to be doing. He gets down and leaves, then contacts the homeowner to ask them what is to be done. Even then it could not be understood. He was to call my contractor to get a better understanding, since I, as the homeowner cannot relay a simple message. The roofer NEVER contacted the contractor, so when I called the office, I was told I need a new contractor....no I need a new roofer! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
