After accepting an appointment which was scheduled in timely manner, I arrived at For Pete's sake and was told that my dog was no welcomed at the kennel. My pet is a repeat visitor and the boarding appointment was cancelled because as the elderly white lady indicated "he's humping the female guest". That's what dogs do! Her decision put me in quite a bind as I was scheduled to go out of the country for a week and all other kennels were booked or closed. This lady needs a good humping to relax and learn how to work with animals. My pet is friendly albeit a bit frisky, but nonetheless he means no harm. I will submitting a bad review on every site possible
We boarded our three dogs here for 4 days. They were well taken care of and even given complementary baths. The staff were friendly and helpful... Will definitely return again and again.
Staff was nice, but my cat contracted an ear infection after having his ears cleaned here. Too many noisy dogs in close proximity to the cats with reverberating walls. My cat defecated and apparently could not receive a cut because of the noise of the shears. I was asked if my cat had ever been groomed before. The answer is yes, every month. I recently moved to the Baltimore area and am missing my old grooming salon. At Pet's Sake, I paid $30 for a bath, clipped nails, and an ear cleaning which has now cost me even more in veterinary bills treating the ear infection my cat developed as a result of coming here, ironically, on a recommendation. I will not be coming back.
It was a jail to my dog. My dog didn't even stay there, he was frightened, wouldn't go in the door, reversed his way out.
