The company was very quick in responding.We called very late at night. In less than an hour, one of their plumbers came to our house and fixed the plumbing issue. A few minutes later, a crew member from their medication department (Jamal Byrd) came to explain everything that has to be done in the next couple of days. He answered every question we have and have explained clearly the next step. So far, the service was good.
Purcell, #3755 was absolutely awesome! Our hot water heater went up and he responded promptly with a great attitude (even thought it was in the evening). He spent almost 7 hours completing the task, and he did a great job. He even made a trip to Home Depot to get a part that he didn’t have - in order to make sure the job was done correctly. It was great talking to him, too. He’s an extremely nice guy, and he knows his stuff! He was exceptional.
My house was leaking badly due to power outage for 10 days because Trinity Solar system panel's circuit board was burned out while I was on vacation. Found them on Google & called Jason Nelson, James-2629 showed promptly with a great attitude and started working on water mitigation right away. They did a great job and James even made a trip to Home Depot to get a part that he didn’t have - in order to make sure the job was done correctly. After snaking the drain, Purcell used the fiber-optic camera to visually inspect the pipe. Believe or not, 15 feet in this less than 6-year-old house, we have a bunch of tree roots growing in the PVC pipe. More help will come, but without Purcell's speedy and professional help, I would be sitting in sewer water wondering what is happening. Sure, the service will cost a bit, but with peace of mind in your own home at stake, it's a small price to pay.
Had a major clog in the main sewage drain, called Roto-Rooter's best technician Purcell (3755), who got here in less than an hour instead of the 4-hour wait we originally anticipated.
Called RR on Saturday to help install hot water dispenser. They promised to be out there by 6pm. They called and said that they were going to be late. I told them to come out on Sunday between 12-2. They called on Sunday to tell me that they would be late again - finally showed up at 2:30. The technician (Chris) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He noticed that I need to replace my water shut off valves and did so. But the cost was extremely high. Wanted $100 for parts (only cost $5/each at Home Depot) plus $360 for one hour of work. So while he did a great job, the cost was certainly not worth it to me. I'll be looking elsewhere first next time.
