They left a nasty mess of dung, black water, etc all around where they worked. While I didn't expect things to be pristine, for $300 I expected a simple clean up. I cannot imagine not cleaning up my worksite, charging someone $300 for a hour of labor, telling them that it "smelled like money" and then actually sleeping at night.
They had two people on the job and one guy just mostly stood around for an hour, likely adding to the cost.

Overall they cleared the clog, which was the major positive affording two stars. They also arrived on time.
The price, which was $300 was far higher than what I have previously paid (around $165-$200) Tom, the serviceman told me that the backed up sewer "smelled like money".
