Fast & efficient and the staff incredibly knowledgeable
Overall, I had a good experience with Concentra. My only grievance is one incident: I came for a pre-employment physical and drug test. There was an option for me to get a hepatitis vaccine and I declined. One of your employees contacted my potential employer without telling me and told them I was refusing to take the mandatory tests which led to a argument and uncomfortable questions with the potential employer about why I didn't want to get something that was optional. If your employee was unsure whether or not I could decline a test (even though the test was clearly marked as optional) then they should have asked the employer. I ended up declining the job offer partially because of this incident. Better employee training on how to handle situations in which they are unsure.
Filling out the information sent to my phone via a link did not register and I had to get dressed after removing clothing for my examination and return to the lobby to fill out the forms on there device.
Staff did not greet me when I approached the counter but I figured out that I had to sign the log @ the counter.
Nurses were nice and well mannered and knowledgeable of there jobs.
Wow this place was incredible. It was the Christmas weekend and they were so incredibly accommodating. I took my daughter in for a strep test and had an X-ray done for bruised ribs.
Front desk smiles were a plus and not something you always see at a doctors office.
Doctor was also professional and courteous.
Anyway pleasant experience and thank you!
PRobably one of the most unorgaiznied uninformed, time consuming frustrating services I've dealt with for some time.unfortunately I have to speak of concentra as a whole and not just for the downtown location Because I was sent all around town having to visit 3 locations in order to get the physical I needed complete although some locations where better than others. I sill encountered wrong information, them loosing my test result docs and forgetting to give me a required vaccination. Very unhappy with Concentra overall.

only 4 people in the waiting room when I arrived and actually 1 person came in after me and was seen before me. I went to the counter to follow up and was apologeticly seen about 5 minutes after that. Nevertheless..i am grateful that I was seen.
The visit.was ok...the wait time was too long. I was seen for the actual deposit of the urine sample for at least 1 hour and a half after my arrival and initial prep paperwork. There were
