Note: We did not stay in the hotel. Great parking garage and a nice little mall above. It's in the middle of some construction and it could use some more variety in the shops, but it was a nice place to emerge after taking the garage elevator up! :)

Ridiculous pricing, avoid if possible. Hard to navigate without previous knowledge.

You can validate parking at the Baltimore Aquarium and receive a discount.

We walked into the garage without our ticket as it was pouring and the rain turned it into mush. We walked around the garage for 10 min trying to find a place to pay, what we thought would be the full day's parking fee as this is the NORMAL GARAGE PROTOCOL. Two individuals were in the office just watching us wander around the garage not getting up to even move a finger to help. I finally found a station where they watched me try to pay without a ticket for 5 min without saying a word. I then hit the call button, I let them know what happened, I was told it was 50 DOLLARS!!!! That is OUTRAGEOUS. How can you charge someone 50 dollars for a lost ticket?? Either way, when I said, "but I have only been here for 1 day, why isn't it 26 dollars for the full day?".... I was told, “You can read the sign.” So I went over to the office, walked in, and I again let them know, I didn’t lose my ticket, it was killed by the rain… she said that it didn’t matter. She doesn’t know if I had been there for 1 or 4 days…. Mind you, we were at the orioles game and my wife and I were both decked out in Orange hats, shirts, etc…. I said whatever and was getting ready to pay when I was asked for my Driver’s License. I asked why that was needed. I was told she needed information off it. I asked what information… she said she had to make sure I was the one moving my car… HOW DUMB IS THAT RESPONSE? Seriously??? Because I have the friggin keys… THAT’S HOW!!!! I told her I would read her the information she requested but did not feel comfortable giving her my card. She got an attitude with me, so I told her she can listen to me state my information or we can just stand there and look at each other. AT THIS POINT… the story takes off….. some rent a cop security guard….Name: R. Johnson Badge: 1220. He out of nowhere and completely unwarranted lunged at me and pointed his hand in my face so close that he actually brushed my nose with his finger. I told him he needed to back up as I was a disabled combat veteran and either he can remove his hand from my face or I would kindly remove it for him. He then put his hand on his hip, in uniform, as though he had a weapon and threatened me and said he would hurt me if I tried to defend myself from his harassment. I told him I would press charges for assault if he touched me again, he laughed at me and asked if I was a cop, rhetorically, then said no, you’re not…. I do not see how that is relevant…do I not have rights in your garage as an American citizen? So I responded with, “no, I’m not…. Looked at his patch, and said are you a cop? No, you’re not…” He then brought up his time as an MP in the army…. I DON’T CARE ABOUT HIS TIME AS AN MP… he was harassing and assaulting me. After this continued…. With repeated requests for him to remove his hand from my face, he kept it there and kept going toe to toe with me as I continued to back up so as not to let himself get slapped with a legit assault charge. He finally began to back off as my wife saw this happening and came in and just paid the parking ticket.

Nice signals, no special services, crazy prices $26 per 2 hours.

This attendant need some SERIOUS customer service training, and this “officer” needs to be FIRED…. IMMEDIATELY. He was disrespectful, rude, discourteous, dangerous, intimidating (in his mind at least), and bullying. He is a complete lack of an example of character and security.
