Boo. Got me to the airport quickly initially but i just spent 25 minutes waiting for this bus after i arrived back. Every long term bus, Amtrak bus, rental facility bus, and daily parking bus passed me at least four times. The woman standing with me finally asked a long term driver what was up with that. He shrugged. At least it finally came. Both drivers friendly
THE best. The courteous drivers will pick you up at your car, load your bags, drive you to the curbside check in. (Tip them well, they deserve it). They will give you a slip with your car space number. When you return, give them the slip and they take you to your car.
They should stop calling themselves express parking. You have to wait 15-30 minutes to be picked up. Then the shuttle is full. I have been parking here since they opened. Service is horrible. The drivers are still courteous and helpful. But the process is not at all what it used to be.
Fast getting to the airport, but I had to wait about 15 minutes for pick up at the airport back to parking.... drivers are nice, but next time I'll do long term....those buses are larger and come much more often.
Express parking use to be quick and efficient. Now it takes too much time. Nothing express about it.
