They towed my car although I have paid monthly parking fee and refuse to refund $300. They have messy management. I would give a 0 or even negative star if possible. 1. Multiple lots around this area is operated by this company and they change the monthly fee regularly. When I first requested to move from 2302 to 2306, they said they couldn't transfer me. I need to cancel my 2302 account first and set up a new one for 2306 ( what a not efficient system). I submitted the request around 27th for the next month. It took them days to process and by the time they finished it, the next month already began. They charged me the whole month fee for 2306 and only refund me half for 2302 since the month has already began according to them. I got the other half through dispute from my bank. 2. In February they increased the 2306 lot to $195 which is even higher than 2302, so I requested for canceling 2306. To give them some lead time, I canceled at 21st, and went outside the country for traveling.I didn't receive any response or confirm from them, and my card was still charged on March 1st. I called to ask why, they told me there was a new policy and I need to cancel before 20th for the next month. ( I was never noticed). I agreed to continue parking under this circumstance. 3. When I came back and parked, I got a citation on the first day. I called the office and they said they manually cancelled it while I was calling last time, again without telling me and without any confirmation email. I told them to cancel the cancellation to avoid the partial refund like last time. I even asked for a email confirmation saying that my parking cancellation is effective on 3.31. 4. I received another citation several days later and I did not pay attention since I already have a confirmation email, and didn't have time to call the office since they are only available in business hours and I was busy at work. 5. They towed my car the next day without any notice or phone call( they have all my information in their profile and I even put a phone number on my dashboard to avoid situation like this). 6. Operation guys who towed my car told me citation is their only way to communicate with customer although they have my phone and email. Operations who decided to tow my car did not know if I paid or not, it was customer's responsibility to communicate with the fee charging office at New Orleans although they are in the same company. 7. I called the office in New Orleans, the guy confirmed receiving my cancellation did not end until 3.31 email during the first call and denied it in the second call (A staff from Premium Parking was together with me and he can confirm this) 8. I paid for $300 to get my car back and they refused to refund me since I didn't pay attention to my second citation. 9. The staff told me the operations wrongly towed another pregnant lady's car the other day and the lady was furious. 10. I decided to park in Fleet and Eden instead.
