Also, beware their rates increase frequently
So, I still have to pay $152 for the full month of May!Moreover, they've just sent me another invoice for June! Unbelievable!!!
I submitted my cancellation request on April 21st. My car wasn't on the parking lot that day. I didn't hear anything back for the next 10 days (!). I followed up with their team several times via email, nobody replied. However, I was charged for the full month of May!!! I had to call a couple of times, because the representative couldn't find my request. When finally i reached out to the manager, he explained that because "my cancellation request was received after the deadline (20th), there is nothing they can do".
I wish i could give less than 1 star!
Worst company ever!
I'm appalled with the lack of common decency and low quality services the "Premium" (!) parking company provides. Apparently, the term "Premium" applies only to the amount they charge.
