This is an industrial area not a leasure park. That being said adequate signage and good lighting
Nice View. Good fishing spot. But, could use some trush clean up. If Baltimore City can come up a development plan, it will be a nice water sport park.
One of the dirty park even i visited. People making trash anywhere i don't know why management don't care about this. But, you can enjoy with water view so 2 star from my side.
Nice view of the bay. Terrible roads, busted a tire out there. Needs attention from the state/city.
This place is awesome! Especially for those who love graffiti! It's also scenically located next to the Baltimore harbor.
