The wait times were horrible. They called two numbers while I sat there for an hour. It's maddening.
If I could give them negative stars I would. The customer service is horrible, their rent a cop Paul is racist, rude and demanding and have no people or social skills. I've been dealing with this place for over 10 years due to my brother being disabled and have never had a pleasant person wait on me or even cross paths with me. My boss calls and I answer quietly to tell him I'll call him back and Paul removes me from the room,yet he allowed a man sitting next to me to use his cell phone and finish his call no problem. This place is trash and BBB has already been contacted with the pictures and videos I took of Paul and the rest of the staff being completely rude, racist and unprofessional.
Worst experience ever!!! THREE HOURS, YES THREE LONG HOURS to get one piece of paper saying my daughter applied online. She didn't even need them to do the application because she did it from home. That's just unacceptable!!! They need to be more organized, that way when you're going in there to just get a piece of paper you don't get stuck waiting three hours for one piece of paper!!!
The line is absolutely RIDICULOUS. You need a WHOLE DAY to accomplish anything in this office. Asinine.
The workers are friendly and helpful.
