This is a HORRIBLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE..THEY HAVE MADE MY HUSBAND MISS 2 DRS APPTS...LEFT HIM AT THE FOR 7 HRS HOSPITAL AFTER DIAYLISIS ...THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO PICK HIM UP AT 6AM..NO ONE SHOWS UP...THEN THEY COME AT 930...I OPEN THE DOOR AND TELL THE LADY DRIVER #3026 I HAD SOME ONE PUSH HIM TO HIS DIAYLISIS APPT..SHE LEAVES BUT PUT ATAG IN MY BUSHES SAYING SHE WAS THERE AT 6AM...THIS IS A JOKE..BUT IM GETTING A LAWYER BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE TO TAKE COMPLAINTS ..I CALLED 10 X FROM JULY 4 UP UNTIL TODAY7/15 STILL NO ONE JUST WAITNG ON HOLD....UNACCEPTABLE
Am really upset by getting a call and being told I was never tested. When I can call the clinic and get the information. So, someone needs to do their job.
