Been taking my shirts here for years. Never had a problem.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY! They will ruin your clothes. I can't tell you how many times I have walked away, having spent lots of money for them to make my clothes look worse than when I came in. I'm not sure why I ever go back. They are never courteous, never smile, never apologize, never offer to remove the charge, always make you pay--even when your clothes are ready for the garbage afterwards. No one there really speaks English either and they are impossible to understand. Horrible!!!
Is there a way to give 0 stars? Greenspring/Village Cleaners is THE WORST client serving business that I have ever experienced in America. Not only did they ruin my expensive shirt but they didn't even bother apologizing or finding a compromise to fix the problem. What did I pay for??? (Also, they charge whatever they want, as they don't have price table/list anywhere in the store for the services). Not only did the manager not apologize or provide a refund, but she and her coworker walked away as we asked her questions as to how this could have happened to my shirt and how can the stain be removed / issue corrected. When we insisted to speak with the manager and her coworker again and complained once again as to why they would walk away without resolving the problem, they said "we are on lunch". Are you kidding me ??? It is pathetic excuse of a business! I am extremely disappointed that establishments such as Village Cleaners remain in business. Pikesville has a strong community, and I will not allow businesses with horrific customer service that ruin expensive products to remain in our community. I have never been treated in such a manner, and I will not settle until this issue is completely resolved.
I have been coming here for 2 years now and I have never had an issue with them. Great service and ok prices.
