This place is horrible. Whoever owns this never takes care of this establishment. Every time you walk in here it smells like urine. The machines will be quick to take your money and not work. Once you try and contact the owner it always rings until his voicemail picks up. You leave numerous messages and he won't return a single one. One time when I came here (9/10am) this couple had been here since 830 in the morning and their machine wouldn't stop during the spin cycle. They tried calling the owner numerous times but once again he never answered. I dont recommend this laundromat to anyone unless you want to lose your money. The only reason he got one star is because 0 stars isn't an option.
I havnt used many laundromats, maybe 7-10 times. This is hands down, the worst business I've encountered in some time. The clothes I'm wearing are dirty and smelly now, just by walking into the place for two minutes.
If u absolutely can avoid then please do so. Its unfortunate someone from the area does not respect owner allowing him to sit in there and uses lau dromat as his restroom as Well , should give the man cleaning supplies to clean up afterhimself since he choose to make the mess then ban him for being disrespecful to buisness. Ok rant about some man (donr want to put his name out there but anyone from arbutus area can nake wild guess as to who is the man who is under impression its ok to urinate in business) but any who if no other choice but to go here prices arent bad as long as using dryers that actually put out heat (4,5 &i believe 7) also when drying make sure to put coins in one at a time to make sure getting your actually $worrh for your drying times other than urinating nuisance as well as some machines needing fixing not to bad of a place, maybe owner could get someone in to clean place twice a week or what ever like they had a few years back to help tidy up,plus bring customers concerns to light!
This place will take your money. It's happened to me and many more. Not to mention everything is outdated, maintenance is awful and customer service is non-existent. Please. Don't come here
Avoid! Avoid! Stay away! The machines don't work but they will take your money. Ended up costing me close to $15 for two loads. Nobody answers the phone there's no a/c and it smells like it hasn't been cleaned in years.
