I haven't bought any jewelry from JRC yet, but I have used them for multiple repairs. They are affordable and generally have a very quick turnaround time! The last time I used them the repair took a week longer than promised, which is why I knocked off a star, but they have otherwise been quite good. They also have a small boutique with interesting gifts (mostly for women) and some neat Maryland-themed gifts and apparel
