I first came to see Dr. Sam about 2 years ago when I was having extreme pain due to pelvic floor muscle spasms. Sam was very kind and professional. I felt very comfortable with her and the pleasant environment she has in the office. With the intimate nature of this type of physical therapy, a comfortable environment and kind practitioner is so important and I really could not have asked for anything more with Indigo Physiotherapy. She gave me exercises and stretches to do at home complete with little printouts with descriptions and pictures, which helped a lot so I could refer to those when I was at home. She was flexible with my schedule, allowing me not to miss work as often as I would have had I gone elsewhere. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Indigo. I have been pain free for a year now!
I started treatment with Indigo about 7 weeks postpartum after my second delivery that resulted in tearing. I felt nervous going into my first session, but she made me feel comfortable really quickly and confident that she could help. After just a few months I feel back to health without the need for expensive or invasive surgical procedures.
