Got here at 10:00 in the morning. Was told to wait to sign in for a walk in appointment until 12:30. Signed in at 12:20. Was told we would be called back at 1:00. We were called back at 2:30. Now we have been in the Exam room For almost an hour.
Very nice people. The best staff if you have to have blood work. I've been going to them for 2 years. Doctors will spend more time with you. Always a good experience.
This is beyond ridiculous. The ER takes less time.
I have had issues with staff not know what is going on before. My last trip today got me so annoyed. I called the N. Charles st loacation at 4 to see if they were doing the full panel STI testing and they said yes they are. I get to the clinic and they told me not this Monday but they will start the following Monday. Like seriously?! I took time out of my day to come here.
This is the worst place to work. Management is a joke. The directors are a joke. It’s a complete mess here. I wouldn’t dare let my family come and get treatment at a place like this. There never any available appointments for patients. It’s a mess. I can say a lot but what I will say is beware as a patient and a potential employee.
Had to wait 1 hr and 20 minutes to be seen (I had an appointment, this was not a walk-in situation). Later the nurse practitioner I had seen had difficulty interpreting my test results and actually mis-read the results of a test. They also left results for me in a voicemail, which I think is inappropriate. When I switched providers, I completed the paperwork to have everything faxed over and they STILL had not completed the request 3 weeks later. I had to follow up to make sure my records were sent. The NP I saw was nice in person, but my goodness this was a terrible healthcare experience. Will not be going back.
I'm hearing about nurse's personal lives on the other side of the door. Listening to my sick spouse hack up a lung. Bet we have to wait hours in the pharmacy, too.
