The staf is nice but I have been surprised at their lack of knowledge on the Stihl power equipment that they sell. They are an austhorized stihl dealer. I visited last night for a part and it took about 30 minutes before someone to find it. The cashier asked me if I wanted to order a part. This surprised me because my experience with other Stuhl dealers is quick and they have plenty of the common spare parts.

I prefer this store to going to Home Depot or Lowes, regardless of price. If this Ace has an item in stock I need, then I buy the item from them. I can't praise their excellent service enough and the store is well-staffed to assist customers.
Every time I go in the staff is friendly and helpful. The selection isn't as large as some of the larger retailers, but prices are competitive and the staff is very knowledgeable which makes them an ideal choice when I just need that one part to finish a project.
