Recently made a visit to this location. We were expecting a rough transition with some phone lines, new lines, etc. The reps we had were amazing! Not only did they know exactly what to do after we explained (only one time) what we wanted to do, their personalities made our time there pleasant. I knew their names before I left, but my mind isn't helping me out right now... I remember Ms B, a lady with very pretty skin ;-), and Mike (who briefed us on what was needed two days prior.) Excellent service!

There are no words to describe the ineptitude of this store. Typical slow motion, don;t give a crap attitude you find in the city.
I hate this location but I had a great experience with a sales rep by the name of Aaron Dow. Although the store was very busy he tried to assist and everyone and we ran into a glitch and he is still continuing to assist with a problem that occurred while backing up my old phone. They do need more people staffed later in the evening or designated people for sales and service issues. There were about 10 people in the store and some of us were experiencing phone issues while others were getting new phones. Aaron was awesome, but I still would never go to this location unless it was specifically to deal with him.
I lost my phone and was told will take up to 5 days to get another. Very next day the young lady whos a rep and her manager had me out the door in 30 minutes with a brand new phone and were courteous.
this is the wrong location. this is just a random house. the actual place is in the plaza at Reisterstown.
