Update: Dr zooker is a great doc, he did surgery on my wife and was very skilled and had great bedside manor. The office is a disaster though. Unfortunate that a good Dr has such poor support staff
The stat saying that people typically spend 1.5 hours here is very telling.....they consistently run over 1 hour behind to get you in front of a doctor. My wife blew out a knee and the first guy she saw told her that at her age she doesn't really need it fixed....she is 49...
Don't make the mistake we did. Go somewhere else. For the love of God. Go. Go, go somewhere else. I wouldn't trust these people with anything. For the record, the doctor was fantastic. Unfortunately, the office and intake staff will keep us from ever coming back.
Xray tech was pleasant.
Juanita " the receptionist" who checked us In when we arrived had a Major Attitude.

I have been going here for years and have seen several doctors in this practice. The doctors I have seen have listened to me, given me hope and helped with the back pain that I've had for years (without narcotics) before finding them. I'm amazed each time I go there at how organized and efficient the staff is. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience.
I typically always go to MedStar.. and when calling yesterday I couldn't be seen until next week, I felt as though I couldn't wait any longer..I had been in severe knee pain since Sunday evening. I called Ortho Maryland, yesterday 9/19/17 about 2pm and asked if they had any urgent appointments thinking maybe the following day. I was immediately offered 4:15PM at Quarry Lake same day. I arrived about 4pm. Competed registration and immediately went back to see the doctor (Dr. Buchalter). He ordered a few x-rays and immediately came back and told me the best option was to drain the excess fluid from my knee. I was very pleased and immediately relieved so much of my pain/pressure,
I understand it's Friday & you want to get off on time. But your the face of the Company 1st point of contact.
Appointment was @ 300pm with my young daughter. Didn't get seen till 445pm.
Dr. WEINER was great.
