Although I like this Macy's I couldn't give all 5 stars. Let me just say I have never seen a public place that doesn't have a trash can. I wanted to throw something away (a menu to a Chinese restaurant I no longer wanted) and I couldn't find a garbage bin, so I had to put it in my pocketbook. Smh. They could really use a trash can at the front entrance, as that looks extremely filthy in and of itself. Gum is literally covering the whole ground. This is repulsive. As expensive as the clothes, hand bags, shoes, jewelry, and other products are at Macy's, their entrance should not look that gross. And to see this as you're first walking inside really gives you an automatic negative impression of the store. It wouldn't be so disgusting if they actually put a trash can outside! On the upside the employees are friendly and helpful. The place just needs to look more presentable on the outside.
