Good store with great deals, Just the staff always seems uninterested or bored. And the store needs a clean up! Disgusting
I wish they offered pants in talls for women and not just for juniors (my mom nor I can ever find talls, and that's what my mom needs). I can't find pants in the juniors that fit me right in the length, even if they fit in the waist. They seem to only have average, tall, and short in the juniors section, and I can't fit into any of them length wise. I'm not the shortest person ever, but I'm in no means tall.
Online order pick up very slow and not well organized, with only 1 staff member working a long line. Stood in line for 45 minutes, why not put the 2nd cash register on online as well once the line gets that long?
I love shopping there. They are so nice and help you out with coupons and deals. Its very organized and has better deals than other jcpenney.Honorable mentions are Mary B and Zinah!
Found nice shirt and tie, couldn't find a single other shirt in my size in the same brand to meet the stupid buy one get one sale, left with nothing
