I'll start by saying I have never been canceled on but my schedule is very flexible. They do always seems to be booked 6+ weeks out. Scheduling aside, I show up barely on time and have never waited more than a short few minutes, even when the waiting area seems busy. I'm giving this 5 stars though because of the staff, they are always friendly and just happy. I think it's more than just a smile because this is my job, I'm a nerd and ask 100 questions and in every response I can tell they really enjoy what they do. My experience is so consistently positive, I was a little shocked to see the low rating.
They have cancelled my daughter's cavity filling 3 times due to the dentist's schedule changing. It has been over 6 months. This was the last cancellation. Scheduling is a nightmare with them, you are asked to come 30 minutes early and they average at least a 45 minute wait from the time of your appointment. So you wait over an hour. We are moving to a new dentist.
In June 2016, I had braces put on and since then it's been cancellation after cancellation. Calling out work because of allergies? I wish! The ladies in there are all very nice, it's just the doctor that has a very high absence rate... I'm supposed to have my braces off this around month according to the original time frame given to me, but I am highly doubting they'll be off. Maybe it's time to retire.....
If I could give this place no stars I would. Never go to Kings court dentistry. They over charge all of their clients. The dentist is never there. When he is there he's so damn busy that it's unreal. They use sub-par materials that have to be fixed constantly. When getting permanent crowns in you have to wait and ungodly amount of time to get it put in or they tell just keep calling to see if you can get in earlier. I am telling you know never, never, ever go to this place. I left there because of and I took my kids with me. My wife is still fighting with them over a permanent crown that she was charged over a 1000 dollars for and still hasn't got it yet. Once she is done she will be coming with me to my dentist at dental works in Rosedale. Dr. Cho is awesome. If they don't fix my wifes tooth properly a law suit will be filed and I will contact the BBB.
I have been a patient of this practice since I was a child. Over the past three years or so, the practice has turned into a huge joke. Dr. Muths is good...when he's there. Time after time, we arrive for a cleaning and are told that he's not in the office. Appointments are canceled and never rescheduled. I have paid for a crown but still have not had it placed after about 6months. I will be having them put it in whenever possible and then am leaving the practice. I used to love having an office with evening and weekend hours, but it's not worth it now. Dr. Muths, please retire and close your practice since you can't seem to manage the amount of patients you still have left.
