Just plain Outstanding!
Dr. Anderson is very kind and an excellent dentist. Her staff is kind and gentle as well. Atmosphere welcoming. 4/5 stars as an insurance misunderstanding cost me hundreds of dollars unexpectedly for non emergency work. As a patient, it's worth double checking with your insurance regarding rates.
They let me know how much my fillings would be ahead of time and were able to get me scheduled ASAP. Would definitely recommend to those in the area!
This office does not cater well to cosmetics. I simply asked that a low abrasion polish be offered for my cleanings and that recommendation was ignored. I then ordered some polish on my own dime and had it shipped to the office. Apparently this offended Dr. Andersen since my appointment was immediately canceled and I was asked to seek treatment elsewhere. Not the kind of service I would recommend to others.
Great service, friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff. This was one of the better experiences i have had with any type of health or medical treatment.
This was my first appointment at Fells Point Dental. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was super easy to make an appointment and get my dental records sent over. I barely had to wait before I was taken back.
Clean upscale establishment. Dr. Andersen is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and up to date on the newest techniques and technologies. While the office seems busy, Dr. Andersen will take the time to give you a run down of the prognosis in detail, and preventative care and/or Rx plan with you step by step. I highly recommend Fells Point Dental.
The hygenist and Dr. Andersen were great; really nice and helpful. The appointment was quick and painless.
