They offer water, popcorn, snacks, and an assortment of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Top notch! I love my car, and I enjoyed the experience!

I had a great experience buying my 2017 Kia Niro. I went in wanting a KIA but I didn't know what car was best for me. After test driving a Sportage and expressing my needs for a versatile vehicle with good gas mileage my salesman Chris Hearn introduced me to the Niro. Having a hybrid with all of the features I desired has proved to be a great purchasing decision. The features of the vehicle were explained clearly to me and I left the dealership excited about my new car. My experience was phenomenal!

He played with my child, he was warm and friendly, and was extremely concerned with making sure we happy with our vehicle that we were chosing and offered us options based on our preferences.

Then we were handed of to Helen who was the finance manager who bent over backwards to get us not only approved for the car we wanted, but at the payment we wanted.

Firstly, my wife and I were searching for a new car and have worked with 2 other dealerships over the past week. We called Emerson over at this Bob bell Kia location. He responded to us on his day off and was very responsive and informative. The next day we came down to the dealership and never had such a great experience buying a car. Customer service is definitely his aim and he hits the mark.
