I have gotten a few of the sandwiches here and they are pretty bland. This would be fine based on price if it didn't take so much time to get my food each time.

Was visiting Baltimore and stopped in here for a quick breakfast sandwich. The food was really good and reasonably priced.

I can understand liking this place if you become a regular because they seem to remember people and treat regulars well. I have seen multiple employees interact with customers when they have an issue with the food and they always seem respectful and quickly try and make it right for the customer. This dedication to regulars is great.

Cool building, boring food.

Smell your food before leaving the joint!

The problem is for those who are not regulars. While I'm sure any problems with food would be addressed quickly and respectfully, the amount of time non regulars need to wait for their food is excessive. When you are waiting for your food and watch customer after customer come in to order and get their orders expedited once someone in the back recognizes them, it gets pretty annoying. I have watched multiple people come in, order the exact same thing as me and when they go over to the pickup counter, they are recognized and asked what they ordered and their order is then rushed through while I sit there twiddling my thumbs. If the food was particularly good, this would only be a minor annoyance but why should I invest the effort to become a regular in order to just get food in a reasonable amount of time when it is only passable?

You gotta try the homemade biscuits, they're the best-l was a little perplex about the order of service. There's a sign shows "order here" i didn't see it initially.

I work at a building next to this cafe. Have been there 3 maybe 4 times. Received a salad with rotten avocados today. Called there to tell them with no intention of seeking a remedy, but as a caution. Was told avocados sometimes turn brown when exposed to air. I know when avocados are rotten, because it tastes/smells like fermented/dying flowers. Disengaged from the convo when told such. Not the most customer oriented response.

First, I have to note that the building is nothing short of stunning. Beautiful high ceilings, big chandeliers, bronze fixtures, marble steps- the works. The food is consistantly very good at reasonable prices. Nothing really innovative, but quality none the less. Breakfast has never dissapointed there. In summation, good food and great atmosphere.
