Excellent customer service. It's a small store that doesn't have the greatest selection but can get items shipped there quickly. The reason I go is to get honest and friendly bike servicing. They will not charge you for every little thing they do and make sure you're on the same page before they do something. Trust bike repairs there and know you can have a good conversation with the staff while you're waiting.
Great bike shop! Rented a bike for the day. Paul the owner and the other guys were super nice and helpful. I plan to come back to buy one of their used bikes!
Had a pretty excellent experience with the folks from Racepace. They were friendly and very helpful. I asked a about places to ride and they invited me to their Demo at Rockburn Park on Saturday. Also got great tips for someone new to town like me. Thank you for helping me feel at home.
A good shop is made by its employees. Race Pace is a GREAT shop. On Friday evening, I got a got a flat half a mile from the store. It was 5 minutes until close, so I gave them a call to let them know my situation. The employees were phenomenal. They stayed open until I arrived, and did not act the least inconvenienced by my late arrival (though it was Friday and I'm sure they had places they would rather be). I was planning to buy a new tube and change it myself, but the helpful and friendly staff kindly offered to change it for me, so that I could quickly roll off without fussing with it in the dark. I'm thankful for the friendliness and professionalism of this shop, and would recommend them to anyone.
Spectacular Service, Personal, Kind, Helpful, and fun. Great products, friendly, knowledgeable unpretentious staff make shopping here are great experience. Terrific selection of bikes, parts, and cool clothing.
