Great Customer service
I rarely write reviews about stores, but after my most recent visit to Princeton Sports I figured I'd share my experience. I've been shopping at Princeton for over ten years now, and as of late I am not impressed at all. Poor customer service, employees that find it troublesome to check out a customer, and an overall "snobby" aura from the workers are just some of PS's many issues. Every single time I've approached the counter to check out, the people at the cash register seem irritated that I would even dare step foot in their "prestigious" establishment. Zero eye contact and non-responsive workers should be what you expect from Princeton Sports. It may have been that the manager was not present the last few times I shopped there, but I have sensed a downward trend in their overall shopping experience. If you are looking for a good snow/ski store to do some holiday shopping, I would stick to online stores so you don't have to continue your day in a bad mood. I would have switched to another snow/bike shop years ago, but this is the only one in the area. 1 out of 5 stars.
Great experience at Princeton Sports on Falls Rd. The Staff is Very Knowledgeable and prices are fair.
