Personally, I have to say that this Outback Steakhouse is easily the finest location in Christendom. I feel that what really sets it apart though is Wendi, my regular bartender. She is a beacon of competent, fast service, human compassion, and general steak knowledge. I would be Wallaby-darned to find a better bartender or location of this American chain eatery, where there are no rules.
I went there on a Monday night to get the special steak and crab legs dinner, available anytime. I used to go there by myself in the bar (and always felt perfectly comfortable) for the Wed special just about every week. But since a job change and longer hours, I haven't been back there in months, but I was off the next day. I started with the blue cheese wedge salad, and you can see it was a generous portion! I noticed that no one at the bar was offered the usual loaf of bread. I didn't mind missing that because the salad was so delicious. I don't know if there was a problem, or it was discontinued. I didn't ask. I chose a 6 oz Victorian cut, and their sweet potato topped with butter and cinnamon. The steak was delicious and the most tender one I have ever had! I also enjoyed a half pound of the crab legs. I was really happy with them because they were hot and tasty, and came out of the shells very easily. You should come here and check it out for yourselves. There were two very professional, friendly barmaids waiting on the customers there, and I couldn't have asked for more, except for the missing bread. Lol
Great food. The best service at the bar, we just loved the bartender. I can't remember her name but super witty and an even more of an awesome personality.
Food was also delicious.
My waitress was amazing. Even though it was busy she still did an awesome job. The wait wasn’t long because I called ahead but I appreciated how attentive the staff was from the host to the waiters.
It was clean, the workers were pleasant, and it was a great experience. I went there because it was my birthday. Oh yeah, and my New York Strip Steak was the best!!!
