Game day, first group of people going in, you think the staff would be fresh and ready - Not! Rude, argumentative and eyes rolling from the waitress. My family and I were excited for the afternoon game but quickly realized we should have eaten outside. Overpriced, the food was average and if you substitute, you are charged greatly no matter how small. Waitress failed to tell us this info and the menu does not say either and I dare not to question the waitress. It took 3 sandwiches to get mine right and the manager said I would not be charged but I was with this statement under my charge "Do not serve food". We frequently attend games and this was our first and last time to go to this so called establishment.
I was pretty much starving when we stumbled into Dempsey's after a heartbreaking Ravens game. The staff was so gracious and happy even though they were getting slammed by sports fans on their way out of the area. The service was fast and the food was delicious. The leftovers were even great when I ate them out of my fridge the next day.
Pretty average for a sports bar. Because it is attached to Camden Yards they can get away with higher prices than your average restaurant but the quality is fairly on par. They are a brewery also, which is a plus, but the quality of the brews so far is pretty standard and they havnt gotten to the point where they expiriment with new flavors.
I'll go back here again.
For an in-stadium restaurant, this place is good. The food won't be the best in Baltimore but it will be the best you can find in the stadium.
This is a good establishment. To me it is nice to break up some innings and come to this restaurant to enjoy a few drinks and a meal. The staff is friendly and there are a lot of TVs so you can keep watching and listening to the game.
First time eating here, was surprised how fast we got in and seated. Got there about an hour and a half before game time. Had the cheesesteak w/ egg, homemade chips and their 1983 brew. Everything was good. Four dudes each ordering a meal and a beer was 87.00. Left a 15.00 tip. Thought it wasn't bad for the Yard.
