Latasha (owner) accepted my money without even knowing what services she needed to provide to me in order to satisfy my audit. I waited 1.5 hours in the lobby for each of my scheduled appointments, and was told that "even doctors wait that long to see me". After dragging me for a month, she finally apologized, as she confessed to not knowing what my auditors needed, but she refused to reimburse me for fees paid to her. She was condescending, demeaning, confrontational, and perhaps slightly incompetent.
