TERRIBLE!!!! I will never spend another cent at that store. The management is horrible; needs to be re-trained on basic business concepts. I have been in retail for many years and one of the first things you learn is that your customer is right. I had to argue to attempt to return a broken item (within 2 hrs of purchase, I might add) with a receipt. She even went to the extremes to call the police on me because I felt that my item deserved a store credit ( the receipt said no cash refunds). She wanted me to trade up, pay addition cash for another item, like I would want to give this rude woman any addition money. Being pressed because it's the holiday, I tried to wait for the cops but my other plans limited my wait time.... So.... I truly believe it will be a cold day in hell before I EVER patronize that particular store.
