The stadium couldn't be easier to get to, with close proximity to the light rail and downtown Baltimore. There is no bad view, the food is no more expensive than most other football stadiums but actually pretty good. The outside food policy is also one of the best in the NFL. Baltimore knows how to do stadiums right!
There is mass transit (light rail) available that drops you off right at the stadium. Although leaving by light rail after the game can be a challenge due to crowds.
I've visited this stadium several times for Ravens games, concerts, and other games. You can always expect a lively tailgate session on the way in the door. Security is always smooth, moves traffic right in. The view is pretty decent from every seat in the house, unless your in the back of the nosebleed section. In that case, you're in luck for a great aerial picture. Concession stands have a great selection of food and they each offer different things.
The stadium is quite nice and the addition of the new video screens has improved the experience. Viewing angles are quite good. I have sat in at least 6 different sections for football games with no complaints.
Food and drinks in the stadium are typically overpriced as all professional sport venues are. There aren't enough craft beers available and no draft craft beers so that is a downer. You can bring some of you own food in which is nice.
I personally would recommend tailgating or dining at a local restaurant or pub rather than eating in the stadium.
Overall I think the venue is pretty good and the location is also good. Traffic is bad after the game so some patience will be needed.
Great stadium, relatively friendly home crowd. We attended Lions at Ravens NFL game. Great day. Walking the streets of Baltimore was very interesting as well. Nice day and worth making the trip.
Despite my Lions getting their butts kicked, I had an amazing time. From tailgating in Parking Lot J, to the walk to the stadium, to stadium entry/security, to gametime experience/view, to bathroom/section ratio, to post game, to interacting with Ravens fans as fan of visiting team, to freeway access back to DC.......awesome. My little bro and I partake in one Lions road game per year and this one goes to top of rankings with New Orleans game. New Orleans and Baltimore so far have been best experience as visiting fan. Buffalo/Oakland is intense as visiting fan, but fun. Chicago/Arizona, not great, but not bad. Dallas/Washington, so far the worst.
There is a lot of parking and tailgating options available although much of the parking is around $40 for a space. There are a lot of dining options pre and post game near the stadium. But depending upon where you park it may be quite a walk so plan ahead.
