On July 22, I received a message from ebay @ 6:15 pm saying my package had been delivered my bell never granted I was home my bell never rang? as I proceeded to retrieve my package there was nothing to be found I immediately contacted the seller especially since the value of the package was an expensive cell phone. I next morning my bell rings a neighbor blocks way was kind enough to bring my package what a blessing. These carriers are supposedly trained and the package is also scanned when delivered carelessness will not get a pass I'm always receiving mail from other addresses this location truly needs and audit.

This is my favorite post office. Did you know it appears in one of John Waters' early movies? Everybody is nice, and they get the lines taken care of in an expedient manner. They have even been kind enough to send a carrier back out when there has been a problem or confusion with the tracking system. It troubles me to see such negative reviews for this crew. I'd like to see anyone else do half as good with the volume of mail and time constraints these hardworking, conscientious people deal with on a daily basis! KUDOS Waverly Station!

I can't believe the bum rap this station has gotten! Everyone here, from management down to carriers have gone the extra mile for us since we got here. They have had a number of special requests from us and have solved a lot of problems with tracking and items lost in the system. Ms. Kim, Ms. Leia, Mr. Harry & the whole crew have always been very professional, friendly and courteous. I trust them to handle my mail anytime over the other carrier companies! Thank you folks so much, we appreciate you!

My first time there on 7-20-17, it was very nice with the lady that waited on me. Altho the bullet-proof glass was not appealing but understandable considering the world we live in. I am new to dis area so it is my local Post Office.

There is one lady here who does her job. The rest are unprofessional, rude and don't do their jobs. I was there today and the lady "helping me" kept disappearing to the back to complain about her work hours while I stood there and waited for her to come back. The one helpful lady picked up my package and processed the postage for me. I really hate going here.
