Geppi’s Entertainment Museum was a warm experience, transporting you down memory lane. The exhibits were laid out dramatically and the atmosphere of the old wood paneling and floors seemed to make everything glow with warmth. The most underlying sensory experience was the smell... You could smell the ink and distinctive aroma of the pulp paper, which envelopes you as you tour the museum. Everything about the museum is an enchantment. If you’re into comics and superheroes and Americana literature/entertainment don’t miss this place.
FUN! Lots to read and take in. Not sure smaller children will like it so much. BUT if you are a grown up "of an age" you will remember things from childhood. If you are a younger person, feel the olden days. If you are a comic scholar...what are you doing reading this: get over there!
The memorabilia was really cool! Comics, lunch boxes all kinds of miscellaneous stuff you wouldn't think of when speaking of pip culture. This place will have nostalgic value to many people of varying ages.
Well worth the 10$ admission. Not only was it a quick walk from the light rail, but its right next to everything else downtown. Pop Culture displayed at its finest
This place is a diamond in the rough! I did not know it existed until I went with a group and it was superb!! A wonderful and must-visit location for anyone with any idea of pop culture (i.e. most people) since it covers music to comics to videogames to movies, etc. There is a nifty little gift store as well
