I order 4 days a week regularly. Was going to order today but the adult female hoodrats that work the counter are rude and loudmouth. Zero respect for a customer asking a simple question. Try not to place an order if you see one on her personal phone or while they're in a group huddle. Asked to speak with owner or manager and apparently the person is NEVER there I was told. Great pizza and food otherwise. Will never order from them again until some changes are made at the counter. As an African American male I would normally expect some sort of disrespect from a foreigner working the phone or counter. Though I am not surprised the rudeness and attitude came from an African American female. I would've given ZERO stars if I could.
Gave this place a try but didn't have the best experience with customer service. Then when they finally sent my food the sub was trash.
HORRIBLE !!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! They charged me but never delivered my food then when I called and asked for the food or a refund they said that they would not authorize it. WORST PLACE TO EVER ORDER FOOD FROM. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!
I wouldn't recommend EVER ordering from this place... The pizza taste like it was frozen and they over fried the refried the wings they sent me. Plus the girl that answer the phone had an attitude because I asked what the specials were. DON'T DO IT!!
This place is ok. The lady at desk look depressed and doesn't know much about customer service. I gave them 4 stars because their rice and lamb is great. Also try their cheese steak. You will not be disappointed
