I highly recommend this company for safe/lock repair. The employee was very professional. Every step was explained prior to the work being done. After completion of work they were very careful in explaining the operations of the new safe/lock to avoid any issues. Contact information was given for any future questions. I went on Monday to key a key remote. Jack tried several times to no avail. Told me he’d order a new one and to come back Wednesday. I came back today and he remembered me and had indeed ordered a new one which worked with no problem. Osborne programmed it for me and cut me a new key as well. They even gave me a great deal for the key and remote. Overall, great service and very personable. Would highly recommend!!!
