I switched to Scott Garvey when I moved to Baltimore, about 5 years ago. I had been with State Farm since I started driving, and had good experiences with my previous agent. The first three years, I never had a problem - just paid my bill and had insurance. Around 2015, I started having problems with the office, and the past year has just been terrible!
I'm moving to DC and shockingly running problems with the sheer unresponsiveness of the office and the people working here. Unsurprisingly, I am switching to a different insurance company.
Patrick helped me with all my insurance needs including setting up a great life policy which no other insurance company ever talked to me about. Five stars!
I personally wanted to leave Mr. Eric Dechtiaruk a review. He was more than helpful. He saved me a few hounded dollars after my accident. And gave me and lot of wonderful information about insurance policies that state farm just started offering that I was unaware of. And I am truly grateful. That you again for your help. And I would recommend you and state farm to anyone that needs insurance!
I would recommend Ms . Kay Brougham she is the best , very professional ... I was very statisfed with her customer service , usually when I call this location I never get a reply , but she answered in a timely manner and got the job done .
I moved to a suburb of Greensboro, and they never lowered my policy to reflect my new address. I was overpaying by $23/month for 7 months due to their incompetence. They finally got it straightened out, but not before I had to deal with an incredibly rude receptionist name Cortney, who was condescending and spoke over me, missing the details of what was going on. To top it off, she accidentally sent an incredibly rude and inaccurate email complaining about me - to me!
Due to a flood, I experienced an ongoing, complicated issue with coverage at the corporate level. The people in this local office, particularly Josh, Eric, and Scott, stayed on top of this issue. Josh was especially persistent, patient, and helpful, and he stuck with it until it fully resolved. So grateful!
