Cortney did a FANTASTIC job answering my questions and explaining different types and levels of coverage. She ran several sets of numbers with me and, without me even asking, suggested a few "no brainer" options that I hadn't thought of (for example, a $4 per month premium increase for a MUCH lower deductible.)
In addition to all of the above, Cortney was just plain friendly. That, at LEAST as much as the pricing of your product, won me over.
