It's a shame because we were ready to make a purchase. Customer service is VERY important. We weren't even treated like customers & service was non-existent.
I stopped into Dutch Floral Garden before Thanksgiving at my mother in laws. She lost her husband this last summer, so this was a sad year. I made the stop into Dutch Floral Garden for some flowers to cheer her up.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Beautiful arrangements and a fantastic selection of flowers. The best!
Visited here with my other half after some succulents we were intrigued by caught our eye. We walked in and two women at the counter looked up then went back to their conversation.
This place has always done and outstanding job.
Do not use this shop, if trying to buy a simple bouquet is like pulling teeth, I can't imagine how terrible it would be using them for a wedding.
We browsed around, ooohing and awwing at the beautiful floral arrangements and varieties. The flowers really look amazing.
We will happily take our business else where.
None of the three staff members would sell me anything and asked me leave. I then responded ny asking each individual employee if they were the owners? They all said No, Do you really think then owner of a retail florist would turn down sale during normal business hours? Unbelievable
The who experience was awkward and 2/3 employees were down right disrespectful and un professional.
This place is unbelievable- the quality of the flowers and design of arrangements is excellent, thanks to the skilled and well-trained floral designers on staff. A++!!!
Finally the male employee said he would help me. I asked for a simple arrangement. He popped into the are refrigerator room and came with a beautiful bouquet. Unfortunately this bouquet was $80.00 and the cheapest arrangement. Total RIP OFF!
After about 10 minutes of waiting to see if anyone in the empty store would tend to us we walked out. It was clear that the two women were not interested in assisting us.
The shopping experience was awful. Iv'e never had a retail store try so hard not sell me their products. As soon as I walked in the store they told me they were closed. However, on yelp it said they were open, it was about 2:15pm.
