The after wash process is terrible by the time the get to your car to dry it off its already dry, then you definetly gave to check behind then oe you'll end up disappointed... liked the service much better before they changed the system
I would give this no star of possible. They broke my antenna clear off. When I spoke to Ed the owner he came on the defensive explaining that it was my fault. I asked if he really wasn't going to do anything to compensate me for the damage that his employees did and he said again that it was my fault, started raising his voice and talking over me. Ended with me telling him to go *#,#; himself. I have never been to a business with such poor customer service. By his reaction this seems to be a common occurance. If you car about your care and being treated with respect RUN from Ed.
Great place to have your car cleaned
I paid $22 for a car wash, I have an SUV w/ leather seats. I figured my seats would have been wiped down, which they were not. They diluted there tire shine, you couldn’t even notice they had been wiped down. The overall wash was good. But, I definitely did not get my $22 worth.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH.....I REPEAT....DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH OR YOU WILL REPENT......Paint came off from the door handles during car wash. They use some weird brush during car wash. Also, the vacuum work was very bad. When I talked to the person on the counter, he said that's what you get for $15. Ya, that's right the same dirty car plus the damage on your car. They used dirty towels to clean windows and dashboard and the car looked and smelled worse than before. Just took my car to Canton car wash to have everything cleaned out again.
