For my third visit for lash fill, I missed my appointment. I wasn't sure at the time that it was set. I let my lash expert know that I wanted to go for a more natural look, and may not need as many fills. The receptionist understood that I may not need the appointment; with a busy schedule, I simply forgot. I didn't receive any courtesy calls - until 45 minutes after my appointment to let me know that I would be charged for the full cost of service.
I'm not really sure what to make of this salon, as my experience has been limited. Prior to my first appointment, pricing for lashes and specials were ambiguous. I had difficulty understanding my appointment time - I called to confirm. I arrived early and decided to get my nails done. I'm not sure if it was because I was short on time due to my lash appointment, but I only received one coat of manicure. The stylists at another Aveda salon commented that my manicure needed another coat as well. (I was preparing for a wedding)
Best massage I've ever had & I've had plenty! The atmosphere is welcoming & relaxing. Great service & friendly staff. Full spa. Great value.
Big Liars. Told me one price for all over hair color and said $30 high after coming to the place and was too rude and unprofessional and did only roots and when asked she put it as if doing some favor. They made me walk out of the salon with wet hair. I will never recommend them. Horrible experience.
Very clean and friendly. I am horrible at remembering to make an appointment but they are always great about squeezing me in for whatever services I may need. Zina does an incredible job with waxes and the massages are great, too. They just opened a new nail bar which was very efficient but did not skimp on the massage (my favorite part).
I'm not sure why they don't participate in courtesy calls or automated texts like other salons. And my understanding is the fee is usually 50% if any at all for the first offense at other salons. The front desk receptionist is very warm, but I'm not sure that they set expectations clearly on both appointment times or policies. I suppose I should've researched more.
Have two missed calls from them so I searched the phone number to see who was trying to call me and behold it's them when I call she says when did we try to call I said 45 seconds ago and hour ago she says ok and what is your name I tell her she says oh nobody try to call you I'm only one here maybe wrong number you have as if it's my fault haha she only one there yet people in background and a spa would not be open with just one employee not to mentioned n I have voicemails from them that are 3 minutes long each telling me about the services they offer and everything so please do me a favor stop harassing people and when we call you out be polite don't hang up your reviews are bad maybe you don't want to as a person come off rude bad or just wrong for the community like the business does stop calling random people stop harassing the public if you losing business close down don't bother us
