Good hometown customer service and loyalty is so hard to find.
I have also had the pleasure dealing with the manager Connie who has also been more then understanding and professional.
If they're not super crowded with only one teller then they're being incredibly rude both in person and on the phone. Extremely frustrating service 247.
I have banked with this branch for several yrs and have no intention of leaving anytime soon.
Horrendous customer service
Slowest bank I've ever been too. Minimum time spent to deposit check is at least 30+ minutes.... only 2 tellers 99% of the time but tons of managers walking around twiddling their thumbs.... service here is atrocious and corporate needs to do something about this....
Really!? 25 minutes at the drive up, waiting for them to deposit a check and give cash back. The teller keeps apologizing and saying that someone called in. Incredible.
I have had nothng but the finest service at this branch. I find the employees. Patient,caring and extremely helpful especially those in the desk/office area..they have often gone above and beyond normal customer service.
