One of the few places in Curtis Bay that is good and safe for the children.
Its in a small, seedy industrial community( Curtis Bay, Md)...just enough for the neighborhood kids to have something to do rather than run the streets. Has a park there, but sometimes the bad element thwre makes it unsuitable to let the kids play unsupervised.
